The Thuraya DSL is a user-friendly product the size of a notebook. It works with either your PC or PDA via Ethernet interface. Once the set up process is finished successfully, all you have to do is connect your PC, lift the lid of the terminal (which is the antenna), point it in the direction of the satellite and log on.

In combination with a fixed or maritime antenne, Thuraya DSL can also be used in office environments and onboard of vessels.

Thuraya DSL is a wireless packet data system based on Internet Protocol (IP) technology. It has the advantage of an "always on" connection. You only pay for the data you send and receive, not for the amount of time you are connected.
