2connect-IT, The Netherlands, has been awarded a major contract with Dutch Defense Forces for 23 Man Transportable Tri-Band SHF satellite systems.

Veldhoven, September 2009. 2connect-IT, the Satellite Communication Solutions Provider in The Netherlands has signed a large contract with the Ministry of Defence to provide 23 Man Transportable Tri-Band SHF systems with additional 10 C-Band modules, as well as a 5-year maintenance contract.

The highly portable Tri-Band SWE-DISH Suitcase CCT 120 with its user-friendly user interface offers a quick deployment in any part of the world using Ka-, Ku-, X- or C-Band. The Dutch Defense Forces can seamlessly use their existing applications with these new satellite systems.
